Joel will deliver a macro market forecast for the next two quarters and year in general.  He will speak on rates and regulatory trends that may alter the forecast to be prepared for in the last three quarters. He’ll also spend time on trends outside of traditional residential origination, such as M/F property trends to help lenders reach buyers ready to buy coming out of the apartment/townhome/condo rental marketplace.
