Ewunike Brady

VP, African American Segment Lead, Wells Fargo Home Lending

As the African American Segment Lead for Wells Fargo Home Lending, Ewunike Brady partners across the business, and with external stakeholders, advocacy groups, and industry trade associations to increase lending opportunities to African Americans across all income segments.

Ewunike has spent much of her 15-year mortgage career focused on consulting with correspondent clients to increase opportunities for low-to moderate income and multi-cultural home owners. Through her experiences, she has built a strong understanding of the industry and how to help grow this segment of the business.

In her role, Ms. Brady is responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategy focused on the African American consumer demographic consistent with Wells Fargo strategy and goals.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop relationships that further African American homeownership.
• Representing Wells Fargo externally with advocacy groups and audiences focused on growing the African American segment.
• Partnering across lines of business with other Diverse Segment leaders.

Ewunike is also a certified Freddie Mac CreditSmart® Trainer and has been heavily involved in the mortgage industry, including time as a Maryland Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association Board Member, Marketing Chair, and Future Leaders Co-chair.

Ewunike earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
