Frank Danna is Co-Founder and CEO of Appraisal Logistic Solutions, Inc. He leads a team that has emerged as a leading authority on appraisal compliance and appraisal management for bankers and their mortgage departments. Danna is an expert in real estate appraisal compliance and management processing services. Under his leadership, his company created the AIM-Port Appraisal Management software application and PropertyVision LIVE, the industry’s first non-contact, remote appraisal and inspection solution.
Danna currently serves as the 2022 President of the Maryland Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association. It’s rare for a vendor to hold this position, but Danna has served the industry in Maryland for so long and is so well known among executives working there that he was elected to the board and has moved up through the offices to President. Founded in 1949, the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA) recently merged with the Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals (MAMP). Danna is one of the first leaders to preside over the combined organization.
Previously, Danna owned Shoreline Appraisal Services. Prior to that, he was president of Innovation Funding Inc. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association and is a member of a number of other industry organizations, including Mortgage Bankers Association, American Bankers Association, North East Regional Bankers Association, Appraisal Institute, and National Association of Realtors.
Danna studied accounting at Montgomery College and business at The University of Maryland. He lives with his wife and kids in Davidsonville, Maryland.
